Philip Gibilisco Is Extensively Experienced in Home Remodelling and Construction

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Philip Gibilisco graduated with an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering (1985- 1990) from Metropolitan Technical Community College. He holds years of experience in the construction and renovation of different properties. As a Construction Technician – III with the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, he headed inspection duties for road and bridge construction and Land Surveying, including the construction of tallest bridge in Nebraska. Apart from this, he was also responsible for measuring and maintaining a record of all aspects and phases of construction. In addition to this, he also prepared a bi-weekly record of pay items for road construction which included but were not limited to Paving, Grading and Trimming Operations, Bridge, box culvert and pipe, electrical, signing and pavement marking, traffic control, seeding and erosion control.

As a Delivery Driver with Jimmy Johns, Philip Gibilisco ensures to provide timely delivery of the food products at the customers residence or place of work. He is highly regarded for his good work ethics as well as for his commitment to provide prompt, reliable and quality oriented services to his customers. Philip is highly experienced and thorough construction and renovation contractor. He is highly skilled in different type’s construction and home remodelling. Additionally, he has also accomplished the art of blueprint (plan) reading. Presently, he is the Property Manager and Landlord at Chicago Street Apartments and is responsible for apartment renovation, maintenance and management duties including plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpet, drywall and construction of apartments. He also maintains a record of payments, and completes and files eviction proceedings and service for tenants.

Philip Gibilisco started his career as a Machinist with DaCa Products. He served the company from January 1983 to November 1984. He was thereby responsible for Machining parts including metal lathe, drill and punch presses, metal polishers and wood sanders, staining, paint and lacquer finishing, grinders, micrometers and tape measures, tap and dye equipment, for remote control airplanes. Besides, Philip Gibilisco is a Nuclear Densometer certified professional. He is also trained under the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
